CMO - Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Crypto, Blockchain, NFT, Metaverse experienced CMO to take the EarnTV® brand to the next level. The role will report directly to the CEO. This position is remote.

EarnTV® is designed to serve all stakeholders in the entertainment world: consumers, producers, streaming and broadcast media companies, and brand advertisers.

EarnTV® already developed an OTT freemium platform with a web3 approachEarnTV® will reward viewers & all the stakeholders (tokenomics for: actors, ambassadors, brand influencers, viewers ). We already signed 5000 hours of content with top tier studios & and a global distribution deal with a telecom giant. Since one month, EarnTV® is incubated by the best specialists in the crypo space.We have a nice team (5 experts), a first platform built and we look for a CMO focus on mobile, marketplace & Web3 viewers acquisition for our BtoC launch. 


• Support the overall company strategy, develop the marketing strategy, the roadmap and plan for its execution, and own the execution of the plan.

• Provide ongoing tracking, measurement, KPI, and ROI analysis for the team’s marketing initiatives and campaigns to provide clear, actionable insights that inform and inspire communication for strategic calendar and brand initiatives.

• Partnership & Brand (3rd party strategic partners and Brand Marketing).

• Partner Marketing (Partnerships with massive brands and celebrities).

• Drive lifecycle marketing efforts to retain and re-engage users.

• Pioneer and implement measurable strategies that profitably increase revenue and grow the brand.

• Ensure the company has a coherent and consistent branding strategy.

• Establish a best-in-class social, digital and web presence that drives awareness, engagement, affinity and purchase.

• Empower and motivate collectors to grow the brand while maintaining stability of email, social media and community reputation.


• 5+ years experience as a CMO, including experience scaling a growing team, supporting C-level executives, and driving company-wide marketing strategies.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns

• M.S. degree preferred.

• Ability to define and execute market research strategies to gain in-depth understanding of our users.

• Has had meaningful success in a growth/marketing role, ideally in entertainment.

• Experience in holistic growth planning - research, forecasting, planning, execution and performance analysis.

• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation across acquisition and retention.

• Proven ability to coach and grow talent and organisational capabilities.

• Track record of being responsible for an annual budget with excellent performance metrics, driving compelling creative campaigns across digital channels.

• Team-player and builder who can execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment and startup culture.
